ESTABLISHED IN SHADOWS

Alchemy &
Architecture.

The Hidden Roastery began in a forgotten courtyard in London’s Seven Dials. We didn’t want a storefront; we wanted a sanctuary.

We treat coffee not as a commodity, but as a building material for the soul. Our beans are sourced from micro-lots that grow in the shade of ancient volcanic mountains, and roasted to bring out the deepest notes of chocolate, earth, and smoke.

The Perfect Pour

01. The Grind

Grind 20g of “Midnight Blend” to a texture resembling sea salt. The aroma should fill the room instantly.

02. The Bloom

Pour 60g of water (93°C) over the grounds. Watch it breathe for 45 seconds. This releases the CO2 and prepares the bed.

03. The Extraction

Pour slowly in concentric circles until you reach 300g. Total brew time should be exactly 3 minutes.
